Current pilot status

ManuLens is currently waitlist-based and free to join. Because payments are not open yet, refunds are not applicable at this time.

No paid billing is currently available. There are no active subscriptions, invoices, or checkout sessions.
If a paid tier is introduced in the future, terms for refund requests, cancellations, and plan changes will be published before sales open.
Any charge disputes during pilot windows must reference order details and processing partner IDs when available.
When payment checkout opens, billing support requests will be reviewed through the legal support channel listed below.
